Fuelease provides fuel recommendation and fleet savings tools for commercial transport operators. These terms apply when you access our website, use our mobile application, or use the manager dashboard on behalf of a company account.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Free trial
We offer a 30-day free trial with no automatic renewal.
Trial access is offered at no cost for 30 days. Unless you agree to a paid plan in writing, your trial will not automatically renew or convert into a paid subscription.
Accounts and acceptable use
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account and company information
- Keep login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorised access
- Use Fuelease only for lawful fleet and fuel management purposes
- Not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with our services
Managers are responsible for how authorised users within their company account use the service, including driver access and company policy settings.
Data and privacy
Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy policy. By using Fuelease, you acknowledge that we will process information as described there.
Service availability and liability
We work to keep Fuelease reliable and accurate, but fuel prices, routes, and recommendations can change quickly. Recommendations are provided to support driver decisions and do not replace professional judgement, vehicle checks, or compliance with road and site rules.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuelease is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
